Three-in-one, highly integratedThe three core processes of aseptic flushing, atmospheric pressure/gravity filling, and automatic capping are tightly integrated into the same body, with a small footprint and reduced risk of secondary pollution.
Flexible transfer of card mouth (Neck-Handling)The bottleneck clamping transmission technology is used throughout the process, and the replacement speed is extremely fast (such as switching from 330ml to 500ml or 1.5L). Only fine-tuning the conveyor chain and star wheel is required, which greatly shortens the replacement downtime.
High speed and high precision, flush liquid levelOptional atmospheric gravity/flow meter/electromagnetic induction filling valve, filling speed, liquid level control accuracy of ≤ ± 2mm, with anti-drip and residual liquid recovery device.

Wind feed bottleThe empty bottle enters the three-in-one main engine dial wheel smoothly under the clean airflow blowing track.
Flip flush: The stainless steel mechanical clamp clamps the mouth of the bottle, flips 180 ° along the track to spray high-pressure sterile water on the inner wall of the bottle, and turns back 180 ° after drying.
High speed fillingOpen the filling valve at the mouth of the bottle, fill it quickly under normal pressure/gravity, the exhaust is smooth, and the valve is automatically sealed after reaching the set liquid level.
Magnetic screw cap: The cap manager arranges the bottle cap in an orderly manner. After the cap is placed, the cap is grabbed by the screw cap head and tightened tightly according to the set torque.

Flushing clamps and pipes: Full SS304/SS316L precision casting clamp, equipped with corrosion-resistant rubber pad and high-pressure aseptic nozzle.
Filling valve groupSanitary grade 316L stainless steel filling valve, internal polishing up to mirror level (Ra ≤ 0.4μm), easy to clean without dead ends (support CIP automatic cleaning cycle system).
Pneumatics and Sensors: Korean Omron/Banner photoelectric detection sensor, Festo/AirTAC pneumatic components, to achieve no bottle without rinsing, no bottle without filling, no bottle without capping.
