Front stage water shortage/low pressure: The water inlet of the high-pressure pump is usually equipped with a low-pressure protection switch. When the current level of pretreatment water supply is insufficient, the low-pressure switch will trigger the shutdown protection; after the water pressure is restored, it will automatically start, causing frequent starts and stops. Please check the liquid level of the original water tank and the status of pretreatment flushing.
Air in the pump: There will be abnormal noises when the high pressure pump is started for the first time or the pipeline exhaust is not complete. Open the exhaust valve of the high pressure pump to exhaust the air.
